Shipping Policy
August Rose fulfills all orders Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm PST. Please allow 3-5 Business Days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. Saturday, Sunday, Government Holidays and August Rose Holidays or Vacations do not count as a business day. During the holidays (Nov - Dec) our fulfillment schedule increases to 7-10 days. We fill all orders first come first serve.
Refund/Exchange Policy
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by August Rose. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Sezzle and Shop Pay.
What is your replacement policy?
We'll always do our best to best serve you and provide a replacement for your damaged or missing items. Please contact augustrose.organics@gmail.com as soon as possible so that we can resolve the matter at hand.
